Please read this before buying $SIDEKICK, acting on anything the agent says, or turning on auto mode.

This is an experiment

Sidekick is an experimental project. The AI agent, auto mode, the access system, the fee and buyback program, and the $SIDEKICK token are all experiments that may not work as intended, may change at any time, and may be discontinued without notice.

Sidekick is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that it will be accurate, reliable, secure, available, or fit for any particular purpose.

We are not responsible for your losses

You use Sidekick entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sidekick team, contributors, and affiliates are not responsible or liable for any financial losses or any other damages, direct or indirect, that come from your use of or reliance on Sidekick. This includes, but isn't limited to, losses from:

  • Trades proposed by the agent, or trades carried out by the agent in auto mode
  • Buying, selling, or holding $SIDEKICK, including any drop in its price
  • Information, analysis, or research the agent provides, even when it's wrong or out of date
  • Changes to access requirements, fees, buybacks, or features, or discontinuing them
  • Bugs, outages, hacks, exploits, lost funds, or failures in wallets, blockchains, or third-party services such as Jupiter, StonkFun, RPC providers, or AI providers

Never put in more than you can afford to lose completely.

Not financial advice

The agent gives you information and analysis, not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. It can be wrong, miss information, or rely on stale or incorrect data. You're responsible for your own decisions. Do your own research.

Auto mode risks

Auto mode is experimental. When it's on, the agent acts on your behalf without asking you to approve each trade.

  • The AI can make bad decisions, misread data, or act at a bad time.
  • Bugs, outages, or failures in third-party services can cause missed, delayed, or unexpected trades.
  • The agent wallet is controlled by our key-management infrastructure, not your own wallet, so it carries custody risk.
  • Features, limits, and availability may change or be paused without notice.

Only fund the agent wallet with what you can afford to lose.

Token risks

  • Volatility. Launchpad tokens can lose most or all of their value quickly.
  • No rights. $SIDEKICK is an access token. It gives no ownership, dividends, profit share, or claim on the project, its treasury, NVIDIA, Backed Finance, or NVDAx.
  • Buybacks aren't guaranteed. Buybacks depend on platform fee revenue, which varies, and may be changed or paused. They don't guarantee any price or return.
  • Access requirements can change. Tier amounts adjust with the price, and how they're calculated may be changed. A falling price can mean you need more tokens to keep your tier.
  • Pair exposure. $SIDEKICK is priced against NVDAx, so moves in NVIDIA's stock price (and NVDAx's own availability and liquidity) affect its dollar price.
  • Liquidity. Selling large amounts may move the price a lot, or may not be possible at the price you want.

Tokenized stock risks

NVDAx is issued by a third party (Backed Finance). Tokenized stocks carry their own risks, including issuer, custody, and regulatory risks, and may not be available in all jurisdictions.

Technology risks

Smart contracts, wallets, RPC providers, Jupiter, StonkFun, and our own software can have bugs or outages. AI models can produce incorrect answers.

Jurisdiction

You're responsible for complying with the laws where you live. Don't use this service if it's not permitted in your jurisdiction.
