Auto mode (experimental)
Experimental. Auto mode is in early access. It's off by default, is being tested with a small group of holders, and may change or be paused at any time. Only use amounts you can afford to lose.
In normal mode, the agent proposes trades and you sign each one. In auto mode, the agent can carry out actions on your behalf without asking you to sign every trade.
What you can ask for
- "Buy $10 of SOL every Monday."
- "If my BONK drops 25% from here, sell half."
- "Take profit on WIF when it's up 40%, and move the proceeds to USDC."
- "Rebalance my agent wallet to 50% SOL and 50% USDC every week."
The agent watches the market and acts when your conditions are met, even when you're offline.
How you stay in control
A separate agent wallet. Auto mode never touches your main wallet. You create a dedicated agent wallet and fund it with only what you want the agent to manage.
Limits you set. Before turning it on, you choose:
| Limit | Example |
|---|---|
| Max size of any single trade | $50 |
| Max total trading per day | $200 |
| Tokens the agent may trade | SOL, USDC, BONK |
| Max slippage | 1% |
The agent can't go past these limits, even if it thinks it should.
Trades only, no withdrawals to strangers. The agent can swap tokens inside the agent wallet. It can't send funds to other addresses. Withdrawals only go back to your own main wallet.
Pause any time. One switch stops all automated activity immediately. You can withdraw everything back to your main wallet whenever you want.
Full activity log. Every action is recorded with what the agent did, why it did it, and a link to the transaction.
How the agent wallet works
The agent can't pop up a wallet prompt when you're asleep. To act on its own, its wallet must be able to sign without you. The agent wallet's key is held in secure key-management infrastructure (provider TBD), and every transaction is checked against your limits before it can be signed.
This means auto mode isn't non-custodial the way normal mode is. The agent wallet is controlled by our infrastructure under the rules you set. That's why it's separate, why you choose how much to put in it, and why you can withdraw at any time.
Fees
Trades in auto mode pay the same 0.5% platform fee as other agent trades. See Fees & buybacks.
Risks specific to auto mode
- The AI can be wrong. It may misread market data, act on a bad signal, or miss context you would have caught.
- Markets move fast. A trade that fits your rules can still lose money.
- Software can fail. Bugs, outages, RPC problems or third-party failures (Jupiter, Solana) could cause missed, delayed or unexpected trades.
- Experimental means unfinished. Features, limits and availability may change.
Start small, set tight limits, and check the activity log.
